Better World Books Donates Children’s Books this Christmas

Socially responsible online bookseller donates 3 pallets of Children’s books.

DUNFERMLINE, UK – (December 11, 2014) – On Friday Better World Books, a leading for-profit social enterprise and literacy supporter donated 3 pallets of children’s books for Christmas. Glasgow’s Spirit of Christmas, Fife’s Spirit of Christmas and Search Consultancy on behalf of Women’s Aid each received a pallet of books. The books were delivered by Junk Ants and they will be gifted to children who are in need this Christmas.

“Huge thank you to Better World Books UK who kindly donated a pallet of children’s books to our warehouse and another to our Fife group. We plan to hand out these books to the charities we are supporting. Also a big thank you to JUNK ANTS who kindly delivered these pallets for free and dressed up in the Spirit of Christmas. Was a very funny sight to see Father Christmas driving a van with antlers on it and accompanied by two of his elves! We think they are brilliant! Thank you.”
–Julie Griffin, Glasgow’s Spirit of Christmas Organiser.

Better World Books would like to thank Glasgow’s Spirit of Christmas and Search Consultancy for arranging this opportunity, and Junk Ants for making it possible.
